Scientific Data Images for Human LRRC15 Antibody
Detection of LRRC15 in HEK293 cells by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 cells transfected with Human LRRC-15 and eGFP were stained with eGFP and either (A) Rabbit Anti-Human LRRC15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11324) or (B) Normal Rabbit IgG Control (Catalog # MAB1050) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). Detection of Human LRRC15 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of U‑87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for LRRC15 at approximately 104 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human LRRC15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11324). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Detection of Human LRRC15 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Human skin and U‑118‑MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human LRRC15 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11324) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for LRRC15 at approximately ~70-80kDa kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.
