Glucagon in beta TC-6 Mouse Cell Line.
Glucagon was detected in immersion fixed beta TC-6 mouse beta cell insulinoma cell line using 10 µg/mL Human/Mouse Glucagon NorthernLights™-557 Conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NL1249R) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Detection of Glucagon in U2OS cells (Positive) & RT‑4 cells (Negative).
Glucagon was detected in immersion fixed U2OS human osteosarcoma cells (Positive) & absent in RT‑4 human urinary bladder transitional cell papilloma (Negative) using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Glucagon NorthernLights™ NL557-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NL1249R) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to Nucleolus.
