Detection of Human SMAC/Diablo by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, CHP-100 human neuroblastoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL Rabbit Anti-Human SMAC/Diablo Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF789) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). For additional reference, Recombinant Human SMAC/Diablo (Catalog # 789-SM) (0.5 ng/lane) was included. A specific band for SMAC/Diablo was detected at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 6.

Simple Western lane view shows lysates of SH‑SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for SMAC/Diablo at approximately 29 kDa (as indicated) using 5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human SMAC/Diablo Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF789). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
