In a functional flow cytometry test, recombinant human VISTA/B7-H5 (20 ng/mL, Catalog # 7126-B7) binds to HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human VSIG8 and eGFP. (A) Binding is completely blocked by 2.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human VSIG8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94182) but not by (B) Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041). Binding of recombinant human B7-H5/VISTA on cells is detected with anti-Human IgG Fc APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB110A).Detection of VSIG8 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human VSIG8 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) human VSIG8 or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Human VSIG8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94182) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
