Western Blot: IkB-alpha [p Ser36] Antibody (8G1X10) [NBP3-16912] - Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using IkB-alpha Rabbit mAb (NBP3-16912) at 1:1000 dilution.THP-1 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (80 nM) at 37C for overnight or treated by LPS (1 ug/mL) at 37C for 6 hours.Both NIH/3T3 cells and C6 cells were treated by TNF-alpha (20 ng/mL) at 37C for 30 minutes. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 3min.
