Scientific Data Images for Mouse CX3CR1 PE‑conjugated Antibody
Detection of CX3CR1 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Mouse splenocytes were stained with Goat Anti-Mouse CX3CR1 PE-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB5825P) and Anti-Mouse Integrin aX/CD11c FITC-conjugated Mono-clonal Antibody. Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC108P). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
Detection of CX3CR1 in CHO Chinese Hamster Cell Line Transfected with Mouse CX3CR1 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
CHO Chinese hamster ovary cell line transfected with either (A) mouse CX3CR1 or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse CX3CR1 PE-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB5825P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC108P). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

Application: Flow CytometrySample Tested: brain and spinal cordSpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 04/04/2019Viable CNS mononuclear cells isolated at symptom onset of EAE and stained for CX3CR1 (blue) and FMO for CX3CR1 (red).Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis was induced in C57BL6/J mice, and mononuclear cells were isolated from the CNS when the animals were at the onset of symptoms (day 10). Cells were stained for CX3CR1, CCR2, CD45, CD11b, CD11c, CD4, CD8, CCR2, CCR5, CCR7, and CXCR4, plus for viability to exclude dead cells. Viable cells stained for CX3CR1 (blue) and FMO sample for CX3CR1 (stained for all the markers except for CX3CR1; red).
