Mouse ST2 / IL-33 R ELISA Standard Curve
Recombinant Mouse ST2/IL-33R Fc Chimera (Catalog # 1004-MR) was serially diluted and captured by Rat Anti-Mouse ST2/IL-33R Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10041) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Mouse ST2/IL-33R Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1004) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)Applications for Mouse ST2/IL-33R Antibody [Biotin]
