This PCNA (PC10) antibody is useful for Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin-embedded sections, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (PMID: 22068968) Flow Cytometry and Western blot. It detects a band at 30 kDa by Western blot. For IHC on paraffin sections heat-mediated citrate buffer antigen retrieval is recommended.ELISA was reported in scientific literature.
