T Cell Enrichment Column Kits are also available to isolate specific T cell subpopulations of interest. Before loading onto T Cell Subset Columns, leukocyte suspensions are incubated with a mixture of monoclonal antibodies. Monoclonal antibody cocktails are designed to recognize undesired T cells and other undesired cell populations. Samples are subsequently loaded onto enrichment columns containing glass beads coated with Ig and anti-Ig. Following simple gravitational flow, B cells, monocytes, and the undesired T cells are removed from the sample via high affinity negative selection. Kits are available for the purification of CD4⁺, CD8⁺, memory, and naïve T cells.
