Recombinant Viral MCV‑type II Chemokine‑like Protein (Catalog # 697-M3) inhibits Recombinant Human CCL1/I‑309 (Catalog # 272-I) induced chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro‑B cell line transfected with human CCR8 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Inhibition of Recombinant Human CCL1/I‑309 (20 ng/mL) activity elicited by Recombinant Viral MCV‑type II Chemokine‑like Protein (0.2 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Viral MCV-type II Chemokine-like Protein Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF697). The ND50 is typically 5-20 µg/mL.

MC148R2 is a CC chemokine-like protein encoded by an MCV type II gene. MC148R2 is a 104 amino acid (aa) protein containing a 24 aa signal peptide that is cleaved to produce an 80 aa mature protein.
