Lyases
Lyases are a class of enzymes (EC 4) which catalyze bond generation or breaking through means other than hydrolysis or oxidation. This cleavage primarily forms double bonds or ring structures as a result. Lyases can be further categorized into subclasses based on the type of bond which they interact with such as C-C, C-N, C-O, C-S, and more.
R&D Systems and its partner brands off a variety of tools and products for enzyme research.
