The ACK2 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cell suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.125 ug per test. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5to 10^8cells/test. Use in Immunohistochemistry-Whole mount reported in scientific literature (PMID 26680736). Use in Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence reported in scientific literature (PMID: 24161026).
