Detection of CD25/IL-2 R alpha in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.
Human PBMCs were treated with PHA (5 µg/mL for 24hr) then stained with (A) Human CD25/IL-2 Ra (Daclizumab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9927) or (B) Normal Human IgG control antibody (Catalog # 1-001-A), followed by APC-conjugated Anti-Human IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0135) and Mouse anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antiobdy (Catalog # FAB100P).
