Dishevelled-3 is one of three mammalian multi-moduled Dishevelled proteins that have important roles in the canonical and non-canonical Wnt pathways. Human Dishevelled-3 is a 716 amino acid residue protein with an N-terminal DIX domain, a central PZD domain, and a DEP domain. Over the region used as immunogen, human Dishevelled-3 shares 99% amino acid sequence homology with mouse and canine Dishevelled-3.

Scientific Data Images for Human Dishevelled-3 Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse Dishevelled-3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human Dishevelled-3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3754) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Dishevelled-3 at approximately 97 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human Dishevelled-3 Antibody
