Scientific Data Images for Human GPR81 Antibody
Detection of Human GPR81 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human GPR81 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11134) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for GPR81 at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
