Detection of MMP‑25/MT6‑MMP in Jurkat Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human MMP‑25/MT6‑MMP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11422, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012). Preparation and Storage
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

expressed by neutrophils. MMP-25 cleaves collagen type 4, gelatin,
fibronectin, and fibrin.
