Scientific Data Images for Mouse Frizzled-1 Antibody (162531)
Detection of Frizzled‑1 in NS0 cell line transfected with mouse Frizzled-1 by Flow Cytometry
NS0 cell line transfected with mouse Frizzled-1 were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Frizzled‑1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11201, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, open histogram) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with saponin.
