Detection of Human and Mouse RSK by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, KG‑1 human acute myelogenous leukemia cell line, TS1 mouse helper T cell line, and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat RSK Pan Specific, Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2056) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for RSK Pan Specific, at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

This peptide sequence is identical to amino acids 162‑184 of human RSK3 (RPS6KA2). The sequence differs at one position from amino acids 165‑187 of human RSK1 (RPS6KA1) and at two positions from amino acids 176‑198 of human RSK4 (RPS6KA6). The immunogen is also highly homologous to the corresponding sequences of mouse and rat RSK family isoforms.
