Detection of Human NF kappa B1 by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse NF kappa B1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2697) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for NF kappa B1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.

Nuclear Factor kappa B1 (NF kappa B1 or NF kappa B p50) is a member of the NF kappa B/Rel family of transcription factors. NF kappa B1 dimerizes with other members of the NF kappa B/Rel family to regulate expression of genes that participate in immune, apoptotic, and oncogenic processes.
