Product Summary for Human PDGF-CC DuoSet ELISA
This DuoSet ELISA Development kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human Platelet-derived Growth Factor CC (PDGF-CC). The suggested diluent is suitable for the analysis of most cell culture supernate, serum, and plasma samples. Diluents for complex matrices, such as serum and plasma, should be evaluated prior to use in this DuoSet.

Background: PDGF-CC
Platelet-derived growth factor C (PDGF-C), also known as SCDGF and follotain, plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, mesenchymal cell proliferation, migration, and survival. It is required for skeleton formation, skin morphogenesis, angiogenesis, blood vessel development, and fibrotic processes. PDGF-C forms disulfide linked dimers which signal through PDGF R alpha homodimeric receptors and PDGF R alpha/beta heterodimeric receptors.
