INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION

Reagent Diluent Concentrate 3 (5X) (Part # 895956) contains 10 vials (21 mL/vial) of a 25% Tween® 20 solution in PBS.

STORAGE & STABILITY

Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 30 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C. Make all solutions fresh or filter sterilize and store for up to 1 week at 2-8 °C.

REAGENT PREPARATION

Dilute 1:5 in PBS before use.

TECHNICAL HINTS & LIMITATIONS OF THE PROCEDURE 

  • The Reagent Diluent will require additional components for some DuoSets. Please refer to the product-specific package insert for more information.
