Recommended Usage

Direct ELISA

This antibody can be used at 0.3 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Rev-Erb beta.

Immunohistochemistry

This antibody can be used at 50 - 100 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Rev-Erb beta.

Immunoprecipitation

Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory.

Western Blot

This antibody can be used at 1 μg/mL under reducing conditions with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Rev-Erb beta.

Stability & Storage

This antibody is stable for greater than six months when held at -20 °C in a manual defrost freezer or at -70 °C. Upon thawing, the antibody can be stored at 2-8 °C for at least 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Reverse Orientation the c-ErbA-1 Gene beta (Rev-Erb beta, BD73; NR1D2) is a member of the Orphan Nuclear Receptor family. Rev-Erb beta is expressed in the heart, brain, lung, liver, skeletal muscles, kidney, spleen and testis. Rev-Erb beta plays a broad role in cell proliferation and physiology.
