Scientific Data Images for Human STEAP1 Antibody
Detection of STEAP1 in HEK293 cells by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 cells transfected with Human STEAP-1 and eGFP (A) vs irrelevant and eGFP (B) were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
Detection of Human STEAP1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Human prostate cancer and LNCaP. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for STEAP1 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of Human STEAP1 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cells, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for STEAP1 at approximately 39 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230kDa separation system.Detection of STEAP1 in LnCaP cells by Flow Cytometry
LnCaP cells were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human STEAP1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55871, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # AB-105-C, open histogram) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with saponin. View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.
