Scientific Data Images for Human Tyk2 Antibody
Detection of Human Tyk2 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Tyk2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3427) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Tyk2 at approximately 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.Applications for Human Tyk2 Antibody
