Detects mouse DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) 4-1BB Ligand, recombinant human (rh) BAFF R, rhDcTRAIL R3, rmFas, rmOPG, and rhTRAIL R4 is observed and no cross‑reactivity with rmCD27, rmCD30, rmDR3, rhDR6, rmEDAR, recombinant feline Fas, rhFas, recombinant rat Fas, rmGITR, rmHVEM, rmLymphotoxin beta R, rmNGF R, rmOX40, rmTNF RI, rmTNF RII, rhTRAIL R1, or rhTROY is observed.

DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 in Mouse Splenocytes. DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using 10 µg/mL Rat Anti-Mouse DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2378) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.

Background: DcTRAIL R1/TNFRSF23
Mouse DcTRAIL R1, also known as TNFRH1 and mSOB, is a GPI-anchored mouse TNF receptor superfamily member that lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and does not induce apoptosis. The human homolog of mouse DcTRAIL R1 is not known.
