Western Blot: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Western Blot: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - Lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and Nbs1 knockout (KO) HeLa cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 of Rabbit Anti-Human Polyclonal [NB100-143] followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). Specific band was detected for Nbs1 at approximately 95 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.Simple Western: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Simple Western: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - Image shows a specific band for Mre11 in 0.5 mg/mL of HeLa lysate using NB100-142. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Simple Western: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Simple Western: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - Simple Western lane view shows a specific band for Rad50 in 0.5 mg/ml of HeLa lysate using NB100-154. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - ICC/IF analysis of Nbs1 in HeLa cells with Nbs1 Antibody [NB100-143]. Image from verified customer review.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - FFPE human testis using Nbs1 antibody [NB100-143] at 1:200 on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Staining was performed by Histowiz.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - Staining of Mre11 using NB100-142 on HeLa cells. Image from verified customer review.Immunohistochemistry: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914]
Immunohistochemistry: Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack [NB100-914] - MRE11 staining using NB100-142 in the human epidermis detected.Kit Contents for Mre11-Rad50-NBS1 Complex Antibody Pack
