INTENDED USE & DESCRIPTION
Reagent Diluent Concentrate 1 (Part # 840149) contains 1 vial (21 mL) of a buffered protein base in a concentrated formula that can be diluted to a final working concentration suitable for the assay being run.
STORAGE & STABILITY
Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 60 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C.
REAGENT PREPARATION
Dilute 1.4 mL to a final volume of 100 mL with PBS + 0.05% Tween® 20, pH 7.2-7.4. Use the diluted reagent within 8 hours.
