Western blot shows Trastuzumab, Adalimumab, and Ibritumomab biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Ibritumomab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9544) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Ibritumomab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

A panel of biosimilars was coated at 1 μg/mL in 96-well polystyrene plates. Anti-Ibritumomab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody (Catalog # MAB9544, 333 ng/mL) detected Ibritumomab. 100% cross-reactivity with Tositumomab (100% sequence identity with Ibritumomab) and no cross-reactivity with Cetuximab, Rituximab, Trastuzumab, Brentuximab, Gemtuzumab, Adalimumab, Solanezumab, Teprotumumab, and Aducanumab was observed.

Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant

Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS. For liquid material, refer to CoA for concentration.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with Trehalose. *Small pack size (SP) is supplied either lyophilized or as a 0.2 µm filtered solution in PBS.

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied.
  • 1 month, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
  • 6 months, -20 to -70 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

The anti-Ibritumomab antibody is an anti-Idiotype antibody raised against and selected for the antigenic determinants of the variable region of Ibritumomab. The antibody has been tested against a broad range of other biosimilars to ensure specificity. This highly specialized anti-idiotypic antibody can be used in a variety of pharmacokinetic (PK) assay formats.
