Western blot of Centuximab (negative control), Rituximab (negative control), Trastuzumab (negative control), and Teprotumumab biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Anti- Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9634) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for Teprotumumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Specificity of Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody in Direct ELISA.

A panel of biosimilars was coated at 1 μg/mL in 96-well polystyrene plates. Anti-Teprotumumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody (Catalog # MAB9634, 333 ng/mL) detected Teprotumumab. No cross-reactivity with Cetuximab, Adalimumab, Rituximab, Trastuzumab, Brentuximab, Gemtuzumab, Ibritumomab, Tositumomab, Solanezumab and Aducanumab was observed.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with Trehalose. *Small pack size (SP) is supplied either lyophilized or as a 0.2 µm filtered solution in PBS.

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • 1 month, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

The anti-Teprotumumab antibody is an anti-Idiotype antibody raised against and selected for the antigenic determinants of the variable region of Teprotumumab. The antibody has been tested against a broad range of other biosimilars to ensure specificity. This highly specialized anti-idiotypic antibody can be used in a variety of pharmacokinetic (PK) assay formats.
