Scientific Data Images for Digoxigenin Antibody
Digoxigenin-Conjugated Antibody in Human Prostate Cancer Tissue.
PKM2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate cancer tissue using Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PKM2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7244) conjugated to Digoxigenin at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, followed by Mouse Anti-Digoxigenin Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7520R) at 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to epithelial cells.
