Scientific Data Images for Human beta-Actin Antibody
beta ‑Actin in HeLa Human Cell Line.
beta -Actin was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human beta -Actin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8969) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Application: Western BlotSample Tested: lung cancer cellsSpecies: uman pancreatic cancer cells and uman cancer cells in mouse lung (xenograft)Verified Customer | Posted 12/05/2016CTLA-4 expression examined in three human lung cancer cell lines. Only one of the cell lines showed expression, yet B-actin was visible at equal concentrations in each lane. After reconstitution at 0.5 mg/mL, we used a ratio of 1:200 for the Western blot.
