Detection of Human DGK‑ beta by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of U-87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human DGK-beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6727) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for DGK-beta at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 5.Applications for Human DGK-beta Antibody (646523)
