Specificity

Detects human GFR alpha ‑4/GDNF R alpha ‑4 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GFR alpha -1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhGFR alpha -2 and rhGFR alpha -3 is observed.
