Detection of GPR88 in NS0 Mouse Cell Line.
GPR88 was detected in immersion fixed NS0 mouse myeloma cell line transfected with GPR88 (positive staining) and absent in NS0 mouse myeloma cell line (wild type, negative control) using Mouse Anti-Human GPR88 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB108281) at 3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Detection of GPR88 in HEK293 human cell line.
