B-cell lymphocyte kinase (Blk) is a member of the Src family of non‑receptor tyrosine kinases. Constitutively active Blk induces malignant transformation of B-cell progenitors, suggesting a role for Blk in B-lineage cell differentiation and proliferation.

Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Blk by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line and CH-1 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Blk Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2679) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Blk at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
