Scientific Data Images for Human SNAP25 Antibody
Detection of SNAP25 in A172 (positive) and HL-60 (negative) cells.
SNAP25 was detected in immersion fixed A172 human glioblastoma cells (positive) and absent in HL‑60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cells (negative) using Mouse Anti-Human SNAP25 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11418) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Applications for Human SNAP25 Antibody
