IFN-gamma and mAb9.2.27 increase cytotoxicity of microglia against GBM. (D-E) Ex vivo purified rat (D) and patient (E) macrophage/microglia from tumor microenvironment were investigated for cytotoxicity against P3-30 tumor pre-incubated or not with mAb9.2.27. Human TAMs were phenotyped for CD45+CD11b+CCR2 expression (E dot plot: CD45+ against CD11b+. E Histogram: isotype control grey histogram, CCR2 black histogram). Lower panel: % lysis of P3-30 tumor by ex vivo TAM from patient GBM following activation with IgG2a isotype control, or mAb9.2.27. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24127551), licensed under a CC-BY license. Application: Flow CytometrySample Tested: Lung tissueSpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 05/23/2017Single cell suspensions of mouse cells were isolated from the lung tissue and were blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with the APC-conjugated anti-mouse CCR2 antibody (1: 100 in FACS buffer) for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry. Data was pregated with FSC/SSC --> FSC-A/FSC-W
