Scientific Data Images for Mouse CCR2 Antibody
Detection of CCR2 in NS0 Mouse Cell Line Transfected with Mouse CCR2 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
NS0 mouse myeloma cell line transfected with either (A) mouse CCR2 or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse/Rat CCR2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB55381) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B). Quadrant markers were set based on isotype control (Rat IgG2B,Catalog # MAB0061; data not shown). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.Detection of CCR2 by Flow Cytometry
Inflammatory monocytes are indispensable for cortical demyelination in Th/+ mice. a Representative density plots of inflammatory monocytes (CD45+CD11b+Ly6ChiLy6G-) isolated from the cortex of Th/+ CCR2+/+ and Th/+ CCR2−/− mice on day 2 post stereotactic injection. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28386765), licensed under a CC-BY license. Application: Flow CytometrySample Tested: Lymph node cellsSpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 04/04/2019Lymph node cells from EAE mice stained for viable cells and CCR2 (blue) and FMO for CCR2 (red).Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis was induced in C57BL6/J mice, and periaortic and inguinal lymph node cells were isolated when the animals were at the onset of symptoms. Cells were stained for CCR2, CD45, CD11b, CD11c, CD4, CD8, CX3CR1, CCR5, CCR7, and CXCR4, plus for viability to exclude dead cells. Viable cells stained for CCR2 (blue) and FMO sample for CCR2 (stained for all the markers except for CCR2; red).
