Scientific Data Images for Mouse IL-15R alpha Antibody
Detection of IL‑15 R alpha in C57BL/6 Mouse Bone Marrow-derived Dendritic Cells by Flow Cytometry.
C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells differentiated into dendritic cells by treatment with 20 ng/mL Recombinant Mouse GM-CSF (Catalog # 415-ML) for 5 days, 1 µg/mL LPS on day 6 and harvested on day 7 were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IL-15 Ra Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5511, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).
