Scientific Data Images for Mouse/Rat alpha 1B-Glycoprotein Antibody
Detection of Mouse and Rat alpha 1B-Glycoprotein by Western Blot.
Western blot shows mouse plasma and rat plasma. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Mouse/Rat a 1B-Glycoprotein Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8537) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for a 1B-Glycoprotein at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
alpha 1B-Glycoprotein in Hepa 1‑6 Mouse Cell Line.
a 1B-Glycoprotein was detected in immersion fixed Hepa 1-6 mouse hepatoma cell line using Rabbit Anti-Mouse/Rat a 1B-Glycoprotein Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8537) at 1:20 dilution for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.
Detection of Mouse and rat alpha 1B-Glycoprotein by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates mouse plasma and rat plasma, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for alpha 1B-Glycoprotein at approximately 113 kDa (as indicated) using 1:100 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Mouse/Rat alpha 1B-Glycoprotein Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8537). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for Mouse/Rat alpha 1B-Glycoprotein Antibody
