Detection of Mouse STAT6 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of DA3 mouse myeloma cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 25 µg Recombinant Mouse IL-4 (Catalog # 404-ML) for 30 minutes. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse STAT6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2169), followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for STAT6 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 5.
