Scientific Data Images for Mouse TLR12 Antibody
Detection of Mouse TLR12 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of either HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line mock transfected or HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with mouse TLR12. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse TLR12 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8086) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for TLR12 at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of TLR12 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Mouse TLR12 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with mouse TLR12 and eGFP was stained with and either (A) Rabbit Anti-Mouse TLR12 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8086) or (B) Normal Rabbit IgG Control (Catalog # AB-105-C) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111).Applications for Mouse TLR12 Antibody
