Scientific Data Images for Human DNMT3A Antibody
DNMT3A in HeLa Human Cell Line.
DNMT3A was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human DNMT3A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6315) at 1.7 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. DNMT3A in HeLa Human Cell Line.
DNMT3A was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line (positive staining) and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line (negative staining) using Goat Anti-Human DNMT3A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6315) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell nuclei. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.
Detection of DNMT3A by Western Blot
CD133 interacts with DNMT1 depending on its C‐terminal cytoplasmic domain. D) The interaction between CD133 & the members of DNMT is examined by Co‐IP assay. Lysates of CD133+ are subjected to IP using anti‐CD133 antibody (Clone W6B3C1), followed by IB with anti‐CD133 (Clone W6B3C1), anti‐DNMT1, anti‐DNMT2, or anti‐DNMT3A antibodies. Whole‐cell lysates are analyzed by IB with anti‐CD133, anti‐DNMT1, anti‐DNMT2, or anti‐DNMT3A antibodies as input. Image collected & cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35798319), licensed under a CC-BY license.
