Fyn in MOLT‑4 Human Cell Line. Fyn was detected in immersion fixed MOLT‑4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line using Goat Anti-Human Fyn Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3574) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Fyn is a ubiquitously expressed member of the Src family of intracellular tyrosine kinases. Fyn activity is implicated in T cell receptor signaling, adhesion-mediated signaling, and regulation of brain function. Mice lacking fyn display various deficits, including impaired spatial memory, hypomyelination, and uncoordinated hippocampal structure, suggesting that Fyn is involved in multiple neural signaling pathways.
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
