Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse/Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 Antibody
Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Hepa 1-6 mouse hepatoma cell line, and H4-II-E-C3 rat hepatoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/ Mouse/Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1614) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for Hepassocin/FGL1 homodimer at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). Hepassocin/FGL1 is resistant to reducing conditions (1). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Hepassocin/FGL1 in HepG2 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 Antigen Affinity-Purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1614, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0108). View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.Detection of Human Hepassocin/FGL1 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Hep3B human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, human liver, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Hepassocin/FGL1 at approximately 41 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1614). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Detection of Human Hepassocin/FGL1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Hep3B human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Huh‑7 human hepatoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1614) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF017). A specific band was detected for Hepassocin/FGL1 at approximately 34 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human/Mouse/Rat Hepassocin/FGL1 Antibody
