Scientific Data Images for Human PMEL Antibody
Detection of Human PMEL by Western Blot.
Western Blot shows lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of Mouse Anti-Human PMEL Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11470) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for PMEL at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Detection of PMEL in SK-MEL-28 cells (Positive) and K562 cells (Negative).
PMEL was detected in fixed SK‑Mel‑28 human malignant melanoma cell line (Positive) and absent in K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (Negative) using Mouse Anti-Human PMEL Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11470) at 8 µg/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to the cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Applications for Human PMEL Antibody
