Scientific Data Images for Human Tissue alpha-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 Antibody
Detection of Human Tissue alpha ‑L‑Fucosidase/FUCA1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human thyroid tissue and human kidney tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human Tissue a-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7039) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Tissue a-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Tissue alpha ‑L‑Fucosidase/FUCA1 in HeLa Human Cell Line.
Tissue a-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Sheep Anti-Human Tissue a-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7039) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to lysosomes. Tissue a-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver using Sheep Anti-Human Tissue a-L-Fucosidase/FUCA1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7039) at 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Sheep IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC006). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to lysosomes in hepatocytes.
