Detection of Hepassocin/FGL1 in Hepa 1‑6 Mouse Hepatoma Cell Line (Positive) and BaF3 Mouse Pro-B Cell Line (Negative) Cells.
Hepassocin/FGL1 was detected in immersion fixed Hepa 1‑6 Mouse Hepatoma Cell Line (Positive) and BaF3 Mouse Pro-B Cell Line (Negative) Cells using Rabbit Anti-Mouse Hepassocin/FGL1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11247) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Hepa 1-6 cells were treated with 3uM Monensin for 3 hours. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Applications for Mouse Hepassocin/FGL1 Antibody
