Detection of Human Bcl‑10 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Bcl-10 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2889) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Bcl-10 at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.Bcl‑10 in A431 Human Cell Line.
Bcl-10 was detected in immersion fixed A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human Bcl-10 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2889) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
