Scientific Data Images for Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 Antibody
Detection of Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2738) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Detection of CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 in Raji Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line was stained with Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2738, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0107).Detection of CD27Ligand/TNFSF7 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 (filled histogram) or irrelevant protein (open histogram) was stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2738) followed by anti-goat PE-conjugated secondary antibody (F0107). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.Applications for Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 Antibody
